Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors in a living community. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and help promote safety and independence.

You will engage residents through conversations and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while communicating closely with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.
