A First Name Basis Home Care is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to oversee personalized care plans and ensure client well-being across our service area. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating services, and maintaining meticulous client documentation.

Applicants should have 2+ years in homecare, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation for area-wide travel. A High School diploma is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Office/administrative support skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable vehicle for travel within area
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities
