Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant health field, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be team-oriented. A valid Tennessee Driver’s License and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation.
• Personal Automobile Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete community visits to evaluate needs and support consumers.
