Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with ADLs, promoting dignity, and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
