Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Experience working with adults with mental illness or substance abuse.
Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
Responsibilities
Promote hope and empowerment through support and meetings with clients.
Empower clients to exercise autonomy in all aspects of their lives.
Help clients identify choices and develop self-advocacy skills.
Provide interventions focused on problem-solving and encouragement.
Support the ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses.
Ensure assessments are completed timely in compliance with guidelines.
Contribute to development of assessments and treatment plans.
Ensure treatment goals are culturally competent and focused on recovery.
Engage clients in the treatment planning process.
Ensure enrollees are treated with dignity and respect.
