Seaton Senior Living, LLC in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Care Giver to join our team in Ocean Grove. The role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

The responsibilities include keeping rooms clean, helping residents maintain independence, and assisting with activities of daily living, along with engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities with dignity and safety.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

Our community is looking for a Care Giver to join our team.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
