Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lincroft, New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver (CHHA or CNA) to assist with activities of daily living, support dining services, and promote safety and dignity for residents. You will follow individualized service plans and document changes, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CHHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
