Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through meaningful interactions and activities.

The role includes assisting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, you’ll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
