Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wilton, CT is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, personal care and mobility. You will follow individualized service plans, document changes and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

You will engage residents in conversations and daily activities and support dining services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Assist dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
