Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wayland, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily living tasks and meaningful activities. You’ll follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and routines that brighten their day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
