The Care Manager will develop personalized care plans, supervise staff, assess client needs, coordinate services, and maintain documentation to ensure well-being and outcomes. This role emphasizes compassionate supervision and proactive care interventions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homecare.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary

Salary Description

$20 an hour
