Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents and build meaningful relationships. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, dignified, and engaging environment for all residents.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, while collaborating with families and care leaders. A High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
