Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Caregiver at the Cary, NC location to provide hands-on support with ADLs and daily activities, while building meaningful relationships with residents.

You will follow individualized service plans, promote dignity and independence, and assist with dining services in a warm, safe environment. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Demonstrated compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
