Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility, grooming, and personal care. You’ll follow Individualized Service Plans and document changes, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents in a warm, welcoming environment.

You’ll engage residents through conversation and activities, assist with dining, and coordinate with care leaders and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
