Sunrise Senior Living in Rockville, MD is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You'll follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and help create a warm, welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on support, teamwork with care leaders and families, and opportunities for training, growth, and a rewarding career making a difference every day.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
