Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lafayette Hill, PA is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and support for residents in a warm, respectful environment.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in daily activities, and support dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
