Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Home care, healthcare, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments.

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
