Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas-Gainesville is seeking compassionate Part-Time caregivers to help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. Candidates should have CNA/HHA/PCA experience or caregiving background, be 18+, and able to pass a background check. Competitive pay and flexible shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/PCA or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• Hospice support (when assigned).
• Accurately document care in WellSky after each shift.
• Report changes in client condition to the office.
