Your Role

As the Caregiver at The Forum at Memorial Woods, you will provide hands‑on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.

Position Highlights

• Status: FULL TIME
• Schedule: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Rate of Pay: $15.25 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during shifts; ensure awareness of their whereabouts and conduct frequent checks.
• Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells.
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents.
• Engage residents in meaningful life skill activities and enrichment programs.
• Notify supervisor or healthcare coordinator if a resident’s care needs increase.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills.
