Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Care Manager in Georgia focused on mental health and substance use care coordination. The role requires an active RN license or a Licensed Master’s Behavioral Health Professional credential and 2–4 years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong telephonic communication, coordination skills, and the ability to assess member needs and develop comprehensive care plans, while complying with regulatory requirements.
Position Purpose: Develops, assesses, and facilitates complex care management activities for primarily mental and behavioral health needs members to provide high quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes including personalized care plans and education for members and their families related to mental health and substance use disorder.
Key Details: This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Georgia. Candidates must hold an active RN license or a Licensed Master’s Behavioral Health Professional credential, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and assessment skills, telephonic experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, behavioral health knowledge, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working with computers.
Education/Experience: Requires a Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and 2 – 4 years of related experience.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
