Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, provide hands-on ADL support, and coach the caregiving team to deliver compassionate, consistent resident care.

You’ll review charting, align with ISP, mentor new teammates, and promote safety and compliance while modeling professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and manage attendance and coverage.
