Vetted Solutions is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to enhance residents' quality of life by providing hands-on support with ADLs and personal care in a memory care setting. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.
