Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support senior residents with daily living activities, promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care according to individualized service plans and document any changes.

In Memory Care, you’ll create meaningful experiences, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring compassionate and personalized care.
