Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Bloomfield, MI. You will provide hands-on support to residents, follow care plans, and build meaningful relationships to brighten each day.

This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and strong communication as you assist with daily activities, support dining, and engage residents, including Memory Care clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
