Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Michigan (Troy) is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and follow care plans. You will help maintain safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement through conversations and activities, while supporting dining and keeping spaces clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
