• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills with leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Integrates and coordinates utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning and performance improvement activities for all care managers.
• Oversees department caseloads and plans staffing to meet needs and length of stay targets.
• Ensures care meets evidence-based practice standards and regulatory/payor requirements.
