The successful candidate will provide leadership to the Care Management team, ensure effective patient care delivery, and manage compliance with hospital standards. Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Social Work, along with 5+ years of relevant experience and relevant state certifications. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Case Management, Social Work, or Utilization Review required.
• RN, LCSW, or LMSW required in the state of employment.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily management of the Care Management Department.
• Coordinates delivery of patient care and ensures compliance with standards.
• Monitors staff performance and manages denial process.
