Intermountain Health is seeking a Manager of Care Management I to lead care management operations across utilization review, acute and emergency department care, and ambulatory settings, ensuring alignment with system-level strategies.

This role oversees multiple disciplines at various care sites within a market or region, working with medical staff, nursing, clinical, and revenue cycle leaders to optimize patient care and financial performance.

Formación

• Current RN license or applicable social work license in state of practice.
• BSN or MSW from an accredited program.
• Care management certification within 24 months of hire or promotion.
• Demonstrated care management experience in hospital or health system settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead care management operations across utilization review and ED/inpatient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing, and revenue cycle leaders to optimize care and finances.
• Oversee social work and complex care planning, transitions of care, and utilization management.
• Ensure compliance with state and national regulations and workforce development.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategies to deliver safe, high-quality, equitable care.
