Corewell Health is seeking an administrative coordinator for the Care Management division in Grand Rapids. You will manage schedules, payroll processing, and complex clerical duties, acting as liaison for the director and managers.
The role also covers policy updates, CM website upkeep, and records management. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, processing invoices, organizing office activities, and supporting utilization management activities.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., No weekends
Coordinates office functions and activities to maintain an effective and efficient department. Manages schedule/work for the Director and any Managers of Care Management. Acts as liaison and coordinates all complex clerical duties of the division. Processes payroll, bill payment, and other requests for the department. Oversee the delivery of Medicare letters to patients and keep accurate records in electronic systems.
