Corewell Health in Royal Oak is seeking a devoted administrative support member to assist the Care Management team. You will deliver, document, and obtain signatures for CMS notices while processing patient information via calls, faxes, mail and errands.
The role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, day shift and occasional weekend coverage.

Provide clerical assistance and support to the professional staff in Care Management. Responsible for the delivery, explanation, receipt and documentation of patient family signatures on the mandated CMS Important Notice of Discharge Appeal Rights as well as keeping accurate records of all deliveries and attempts. Timely and accurate patient care information processed (calls, fax, mail and errands).
