Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for interacting with individuals and families.
• Proficiency in English for clear documentation and instruction.
• Technical proficiency with mobile devices for documentation and communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to support transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene and meal prep.
• May transport clients to community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress, ensuring a safe environment for clients.
