Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to lead a warm, safe and high-quality home where residents feel at home. You will inspire and guide a dedicated team to deliver compassionate and compliant care, maintaining dignity and excellence across all services.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on staff development and resident wellbeing, ensuring every day meets the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent
• Registration in a residential service preferable
• Knowledge of the care sector and CQC framework
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Experience with vulnerable client groups
• 40 hours per week available

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide a safe, caring and compliant service
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care fully compliant with CQC regulations
• Meet operational and quality KPIs
• Promote resident dignity and choice in care decisions
• Liaise with professionals to adapt care plans
• Induct/train staff, supervise and support the team
• Conduct disciplinary actions when required
• Staff the home with contingency plans
• Investigate complaints and ensure duty of candour
