Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Home Manager for Crossley House Care Home in Bradford. The role is permanent, full time (40 hours) with a competitive salary and a 30% management bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage the home’s budgets and operating profit, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners. Some out-of-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding, personalised care.
• Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets and operating profit, ensuring financial performance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across relevant areas and strengthen the Bupa brand with key commissioners.
• Register with the regulator as required and be flexible for out-of-hours work as needed.
