Job Summary

We are hiring Care Givers for our Fayetteville community. The role involves providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home‑like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of the resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co‑workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.Must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
