Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Salem, VA is seeking compassionate Care Givers to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and help maintain dignity while safeguarding health and comfort. Previous senior care experience and a HS diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

TerraBella Senior Living is looking to hire Care Givers for our TerraBella Salem community.

The Care Giver’s role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.
