Morada Senior Living in Boerne, Texas is actively seeking a dedicated Care Giver for the full-time AM shift (6am–2pm). You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED; Certified Nurse’s Aide certification is preferred. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively with residents and staff to deliver compassionate care.

Qualificações

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
