Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Provider Quality Advocate to engage members and providers, closing care gaps and improving HEDIS outcomes through education and field collaboration. You’ll work within provider offices to support preventive services and ensure NCQA-aligned coding.

Responsibilities include outreach, health coaching, and arranging wraparound services, with emphasis on confidentiality and regulatory compliance in a managed care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in direct patient care, social work, quality improvement or health coaching.
• Managed care environment experience preferred.
• Licensure preferred: LPN, LMSW, C-SW, LSW, RN.

Responsibilities

• Close care gaps through outreach and face-to-face interactions.
• Educate providers on HEDIS measures and coding.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation for members.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations to improve provider performance.
