Thompson Health is seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join a dynamic, patient-centered team in Canandaigua, NY. The MOA will perform clinical tasks such as vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs, and POCT while supporting physicians and nurses in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include charting, medical record documentation, supply management, and ensuring top-notch customer service to patients and families. BLS and MOA certification preferred; high school diploma required.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
