Hillcrest H&R is seeking full-time and part-time laundry aides to join our team at Hillcrest H&R in Corbin, KY. Prior experience is not required, and no education prerequisites are listed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cleaning.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) with units.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Ability to work with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the interior and equipment are clean and orderly.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor on changes.
• Follow all established policies and procedures for cleaning.
• Clean designated outside areas (porches, patios).
• Provide daily cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of all resident and public areas.
• Perform window cleaning, waxing, and upholstery cleaning as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness across all facility areas throughout the day.
• Properly label and dispose of trash/waste.
• Present a clean, professional appearance to visitors.
• Refer questions to Supervisors and report incidents per policy.
• Perform assignments per sanitary regulations and facility policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
