Job summary

Villa At Rose City is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper cleans an assigned portion of the facility including furniture, floors, and equipment, maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive environment for residents.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and prior institutional housekeeping experience is preferred, especially in long-term care settings. Training and growth opportunities are available within Villa Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English.
• Shows basic computer aptitude and willingness to learn company applications.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily routine and cleans assigned areas.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Disposes of trash and maintains cleanliness around the dumpster.
• Vacuums, dusts, mops, and sanitizes floors daily.
• Cleans walls, fixtures, and high places as needed.
• Restocks paper, plastic, and soap supplies.
• Hangs draperies and curtains as required.
• Keeps utility rooms organized and clean.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety standards.
