The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working on-site. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
