Healthcare Services Group, Inc invites you to join as a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure a positive resident experience and support staff in daily operations.

The role emphasizes infection-control procedures, proper handling of cleaning products, and a teamwork-driven atmosphere. Residency within the service area is required; education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
