Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will join a team dedicated to enhancing resident and customer experiences and making a difference in the communities we serve.

This role emphasizes daily cleaning, infection control, and positive interaction with residents and staff. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to follow safety procedures, and residency in the service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
