Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment within a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping, sanitation, and infection-control tasks while providing excellent service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies. Training and ongoing support are provided as part of a value-driven benefits program. This on-site role requires residency in the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and guests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, delivering friendly service.
• All other duties as assigned.
