Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility in Knightdale, North Carolina. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, adhere to sanitation standards, and support a positive resident experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior housekeeping is preferred but not required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comply with safety policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
