Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility in Texas. The role supports resident comfort and safety, with competitive benefits and training provided.

Starting pay is USD $13.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, following safety guidelines, and providing friendly service to residents and staff. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/sit/bend/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
