Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas, while upholding infection control standards and reporting maintenance needs.

The role emphasizes resident and staff interaction and high-quality customer service. A high school diploma is required, with preferred housekeeping experience; lifting up to 50 pounds and vaccination policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk/stand for extended periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure sanitation and infection control per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and visitors to deliver good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
