Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a dedicated Utility Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming center for participants, visitors, and staff. You’ll sanitize spaces, stock supplies, and assist with daily tasks in a team-focused environment.

This role emphasizes consistent routines, attention to detail, and dependable performance, with opportunities for training and growth within the One Senior Care family of services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of custodial, maintenance, or service experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly or frail population encouraged; training available.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all Center areas per infection control policies.
• Safely handle and mix cleaning chemicals with proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain supplies of cleaning products and hygiene materials.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Prioritize daily tasks and complete them consistently.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and service contractors to get supplies where needed.
• Interact courteously with participants, visitors, and staff at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Center Manager promptly.
• Establish and use mobile company email for communication.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and training programs as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Center Manager or designee.
