Comprehensive Life Resources in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the WISe team. You will provide case management and behavioral health support, assist with paperwork and resource access, and participate in off‑hours crisis coverage as needed.

Requires AA in a human‑services field with two years of relevant experience or a BA, WA state credential or ability to credential, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

All benefits contingent on working a scheduled 40hrs a week.ScopeA formal member of the WISe team who is specially trained to coordinate and facilitate the WISe process for an individual youth and family and provide advanced care coordination activities within the phases and activities of WISe. The Care Coordinator will participate in the rotation of the off-hours crisis phone to support clients (compensation provided) and provide crisis support to youth and families.
