Salary Range: This compensation range considers factors like skill set, experience, training, licensure, and organizational needs. The range is not adjusted for geographic location. Typically, hires are not at the top of the range, and decisions depend on individual circumstances.

Job Summary:

Provides customer support via phone and internet, handling inquiries related to address changes, orders, warranties, or billing. Escalates complex issues and performs administrative duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, escalating technical issues appropriately.
  • Processes high volumes of inquiries, resolving a percentage of them.
  • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root causes, and uses resources to resolve issues.
  • Follows up on escalated issues, providing coaching and expanding knowledge.
  • Documents support requests and updates customer information accurately.
  • Meets quality, schedule, and handle time standards.
  • May mentor less experienced colleagues.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • People skills and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Work performed remotely; setup required at home.
